His fifth book, Turned Earth, is forthcoming from LSU Press in 2025 His most recent chapbooks is In Place, winner of the 2021 Robin Becker Series Prize from Seven Kitchens Press. He has taught creative writing at the New Orleans Center for Creative Arts, The Willow School (where he founded and director the creative writing programs), Louisiana State University, and Tulane University, and for New Orleans Writers Workshop.
