Marilyn Burel, independent teacher, Baton Rouge. Marilyn teaches at the O'Brien treatment center and half-way house in Baton Rouge for women alcoholics and addicts, many of whom are impoverished and have been incarcerated. She has published in Sojourn, Florida English and the Rose & Thorn Journal.
